Setup has already been completed — an account already exists on Guide HQ.
If you need access, ask an existing admin to add you from inside Guide HQ, or sign in if that's you.
This only works once. It needs the setup token you (or whoever deployed Guide HQ) set as the AUTH_SETUP_TOKEN environment variable on the project — not a password, just a one-time key that proves you're allowed to create the very first account. After this, invite teammates from inside Guide HQ instead.
